Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director - Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead and oversee the operations of a comprehensive senior care facility. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader with extensive expertise in long-term care, nursing home administration, and senior living services. The ideal candidate will drive excellence in resident care, ensure compliance with health regulation policies, and foster a positive environment for staff and residents alike. Your leadership will shape the quality of life for residents while maintaining operational efficiency and financial stability. Duties Provide strategic direction and overall management of the facility, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee daily operations including staffing, budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to optimize facility performance. Lead, supervise, and develop care teams, including nursing staff, administrative personnel, and support staff to ensure cohesive teamwork and exceptional resident care. Ensure the development and implementation of individualized care plans that address residents' needs related to Alzheimer's disease, dementia, memory care, and other senior care services. Maintain strict adherence to health regulation policies while fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement in resident safety and satisfaction. Manage medication administration protocols and oversee clinical practices to ensure safety and compliance. Cultivate positive relationships with residents' families, community partners, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies to promote transparency and trust. Promote a safe environment by supervising safety procedures, disability services programs, and emergency response plans. Experience Proven leadership experience as an executive or administrator within a nursing home or senior living facility. Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations, healthcare financial management, and operations management in residential or assisted living settings. Demonstrated expertise in managing care teams specializing in Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory support programs, and home & community care services. Strong background in nursing leadership with experience supervising nursing staff and managing medication protocols. Familiarity with healthcare financial management including budgeting, financial acumen, and resource planning. Proficiency in managing compliance with health regulation policies while fostering an environment of continuous quality improvement. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining positive relationships with residents' families and community stakeholders.
