Ensure the development and implementation of individualized care plans that address residents' needs related to Alzheimer's disease, dementia, memory care, and other senior care services. Experience Proven leadership experience as an executive or administrator within a nursing home or senior living facility. Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations, healthcare financial management, and operations management in residential or assisted living settings. Demonstrated expertise in managing care teams specializing in Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory support programs, and home & community care services. Strong background in nursing leadership with experience supervising nursing staff and managing medication protocols. Familiarity with healthcare financial management including budgeting, financial acumen, and resource planning. Proficiency in managing compliance with health regulation policies while fostering an environment of continuous quality improvement. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining positive relationships with residents' families and community stakeholders.
