Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00PM Position Type:
Full-Time, Salaried Do you have the passion and heart to serve seniors? Green Acres of Mt. Pleasant is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Afternoon Assisted Living Home Manager to join our leadership team. Our ideal candidate values the wisdom of our senior residents and has a servant's heart for supporting the staff who provide exceptional care each day. If you have previous healthcare experience and leadership or supervisory experience, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day afternoon operations of our assisted living community. Ensure compliance with state regulations through accurate documentation and recordkeeping. Assist with employee recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training. Create and manage employee schedules. Provide leadership, coaching, and support to caregiving staff. Assist with office and administrative responsibilities. Help provide direct resident care when needed to support the team. Participate in an on-call rotation with other members of the leadership team. Qualifications Previous experience in a healthcare, assisted living, or long-term care setting preferred. Previous supervisory or management experience required. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
