REQUIRED

Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or other health care related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of management experience in a long-term care facility. Knowledge of reimbursement regulations as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to the long-term care industry. Strong leadership skills. Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records. Outstanding written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel. Analytical and critical thinking skills, with proven ability to make sound business decisions.
