As the Director, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for residents, families, and employees. From team leadership and resident engagement to community outreach and operational oversight, every day brings the opportunity to make a positive difference. What You'll Do Lead and support a dedicated team of caregivers and staff Foster a warm, resident-centered culture Build relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the community Oversee staffing, budgeting, and day-to-day operations Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Help grow community occupancy through outreach and marketing efforts Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and employees What We're Looking For Passion for working with seniors and individuals with diverse needs Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience in healthcare, senior living, assisted living, housing, or human services Ability to build relationships with families, employees, and community partners Associate degree in a healthcare-related field required Bachelor's degree and/or Assisted Living Director experience preferred Why Join Horizon Health?
