Come Lead a Community You Can Be Proud Of Woodlake at New Hope is seeking an accomplished Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to serve as Executive Director of our 188-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. Woodlake is part of a larger senior living campus with attached Assisted Living and Independent Living, which are separately led. This position is responsible for leadership of the Skilled Nursing Facility. What You'll Do As Executive Director/LNHA, you will: Provide overall leadership for the 188-bed Skilled Nursing Facility Lead, develop, and support an excellent leadership team Maintain a strong culture of quality, accountability, and resident-centered care Partner closely with nursing and clinical leadership Oversee operational and financial performance Drive employee engagement, recruitment, and retention Maintain strong regulatory and compliance performance Build strong relationships with residents and families Support census and continued growth Maintain strong community and professional relationships Be a visible, approachable, and engaged leader throughout the facility Required Qualifications Candidates must have: Current Minnesota Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator A demonstrated track record of successful results as an LNHA Proven success leading skilled nursing operations and leadership teams Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey readiness Strong operational and financial management experience Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate measurable success in areas such as survey outcomes, quality, census, financial performance, employee retention, leadership development, and resident/family satisfaction.
