Job Description

What You'll Do:
Provide leadership and oversight for the daily operations of the assisted living community, ensuring a safe, supportive, and resident-centered environment. Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations, company policies, and healthcare standards related to assisted living services. Lead, mentor, and support care staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassionate resident care. Collaborate with nursing, caregivers, families, and other departments to develop and maintain individualized service plans that promote resident well-being and quality of life. Monitor resident services, staffing levels, and operational processes to ensure the highest standards of care and customer satisfaction. Effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail in documentation, regulatory compliance, and community operations. Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare providers, and team members to support a welcoming and engaged community. Participate in on-call responsibilities and provide leadership support during emergencies or staffing needs.
What You'll Need:
Active Licensed Assisted Living Director (LAID) certification/license as required by state regulations. High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Services, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Previous leadership experience in assisted living, senior housing, long-term care, healthcare, or a related setting preferred. Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations, resident rights, and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities. Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care and enhancing the quality of life for seniors.
Pay:
From $30.00 per hour
