About the job We're partnering with a mission-driven senior living organization seeking an Executive Director/LNHA to lead a retirement community (CCRC) in Central Minnesota. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused leader who thrives in building culture, developing teams, and driving meaningful change. The community is currently undergoing a significant transformation, supported by substantial capital investment and a strong commitment to operational excellence and resident care. The Executive Director will oversee a continuum of care including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living while partnering with an established leadership team to continue improving quality outcomes, employee engagement, and overall community performance. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for a continuum-of-care senior living community, including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living services. Foster a positive, engaged workplace culture by building strong relationships with employees, residents, families, and community stakeholders. Partner with department leaders to drive quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and operational excellence across the campus. Lead and support ongoing organizational change initiatives, including a multi-year campus repositioning and improvement project. Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing leaders while promoting accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Serve as the face of the community, building trust and maintaining meaningful relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and the local community. Ideal Background Active LNHA license required (Minnesota highly preferred) Senior living and/or skilled nursing leadership experience Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Passion for culture development and employee engagement Ability to lead through change and continuous improvement initiatives
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
