Executive Director | Assisted Living Facility (ALF) Position Summary The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, resident experience, and staff development of the assisted living community. This position provides hands-on leadership to ensure the community operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all applicable state and federal regulations. The Executive Director will lead a strong resident-centered culture while maintaining accountability for census, occupancy, financial performance, staffing, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is an experienced senior living leader who is equally comfortable managing people, finances, regulatory requirements, resident and family concerns, and day-to-day operational challenges. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, healthcare, or a related environment. Previous Executive Director, Administrator, or senior operational leadership experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience managing budgets, staffing, operations, and financial performance. Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and compliance requirements.
