Caregivers Inn is seeking an experienced and hands-on Administrator / Executive Director to lead our assisted living and memory care community. We are looking for a strong leader who can build a positive culture, develop and retain staff, maintain regulatory compliance, provide excellent resident care, and drive the overall performance of the community. Key Responsibilities Uphold and model the mission, principles, and values of the company. Provide strong leadership and direction to all departments and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Maintain compliance with all applicable state, federal, and local regulations. Ensure high standards of resident care, safety, satisfaction, and quality of life. Implement and oversee quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with regional leadership and the Quality Assurance team to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate staff training. Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop team members. Conduct performance reviews and address employee performance and accountability issues. Build a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, communication, and staff retention. Maintain open and professional communication with residents, families, staff, and community partners. Oversee community financial performance, including budgeting, labor management, expenses, collections, and business office functions. Support occupancy growth through marketing, community outreach, tours, referral relationships, and excellent resident and family experiences. Work closely with regional and corporate leadership to achieve operational, clinical, financial, and census goals. Qualifications Previous leadership experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing (SNF), or Long-Term Care (LTC) required. Executive Director, Administrator, Assistant Administrator, or comparable senior leadership experience preferred. Strong experience with dementia and Alzheimer's care highly preferred. Strong operational and staff-management skills. Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, motivate, and retain employees. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and resident care standards. Experience with marketing, census development, and community outreach preferred. Must meet all applicable state requirements for serving as Administrator/Executive Director.
