Job Summary The Director for Assisted Living (ALF) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our assisted living facility, ensuring that all residents receive exceptional care and support. This includes making rounds to evaluate resident status, determining resource needs, and providing assistance in emergencies. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
