Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide daily care to residents Assist with dining needs Respond promptly to call lights Chart and document resident care activities Engage, converse, and interact with residents to promote a positive environment Lead and coordinate resident care with a rehabilitation focus Provide leadership for staff while supporting high-acuity residents Ensure quality management practices are followed Perform resident assessments and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent care for elderly residents

Requirements:

Unencumbered LPN or RN license Previous long-term care experience Strong leadership skills and commitment to Total Quality Management Excellent assessment and documentation skills Passion for working with the elderly Experience with behavior-challenged residents strongly preferred
