Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead our facility with passion, strategic insight, and unwavering dedication. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of organizational management, ensuring the delivery of impactful programs and fostering strong relationships with community partners, families, and seniors served. Your leadership will inspire teams, drive program development, and uphold the organization's mission to support Assisted living bridges the gap between independent living and nursing homes. These communities serve seniors who need help with daily tasks but do not require intensive, around-the-clock medical attention. They focus on maintaining independence, safety, and quality of life in a residential setting, This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader eager to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through innovative management and compassionate service. Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and overall leadership to ensure organizational goals are met with excellence and integrity. Develop, implement, and evaluate programs that effectively serve seniors with help help with daily tasks but do not require intensive, around-the-clock medical attention. Manage daily operations, including supervising staff, overseeing program delivery, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners, families, and others to enhance service quality and organizational growth. Oversee budgeting processes, financial planning, and resource allocation to sustain organizational stability and growth. Promote a positive organizational culture that values diversity, inclusion, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Skills Proven management experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively in a fast-paced environment. Extensive experience in program development tailored to meet the needs of individuals that reside at community. Strong working knowledge of social work principles and best practices in supporting seniors within Assisted Living and Memory Care Exceptional relationship management skills to build trustful partnerships across community organizations, government agencies, and families. Solid administrative experience including budgeting, financial oversight, compliance monitoring, and reporting. Demonstrated success in supervising staff members while fostering professional growth and accountability. Deep understanding of Assisted Living and Memory Care relevant to the populations served; ability to implement evidence-based interventions. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
