We're looking for a Dream Home Admin Associate who wants to learn the business from the ground up and grow into a career in home sales. The Role The Dream Home Admin Associate supports our sales and design teams as customers move from selection through construction. You'll partner closely with a Design Consultant, help keep the Dream Home Review process running smoothly, and be a friendly, professional face for every customer who walks through our doors. This role is a hands on introduction to product knowledge, CRM tools, and customer engagement, and it's built to prepare you for growth into a full time Dream Home Consultant role. What You'll Do Design Consultant Support & Documentation Serve as dedicated administrative support to the Design Consultant throughout the design and selection process Prepare materials and documentation ahead of each Dream Home Review, and record and distribute notes afterward Assemble and submit complete appraisal packages Keep customer records current with weekly Red Door App updates Attend production meetings when possible to stay current on customer and construction status Customer Engagement & Appointment Support Greet walk-ins and appointment guests with warmth and professionalism Help lead Discovery Center tours and introductions to the Red Door process Prep materials, confirm kiosk readiness, and support technology during appointments Learn from Dream Home Consultants through live appointments and role play Assist with post-appointment follow-up and CRM updates Model Home & Design Center Presentation Keep the entryway, model homes, and design centers clean and presentation ready Complete daily walkthroughs and the weekly Model Home Condition Checklist Report any deficiencies to the Sales Manager Order and maintain office supplies CRM, Lead Management & Communication Maintain prospect lists and follow-up activity in CRM (calls, texts, emails, videos, notes) Register and document all guest traffic per company policy Learn CRM platforms like Lasso and NoviHome Send follow-up emails, texts, and BombBomb videos as directed Process & Growth Help prepare paperwork for contracts, selection sheets, and addendums Attend sales trainings, huddles, and meetings Receive regular feedback and mentorship as you build toward a full time DHC role What It Takes to Succeed Team-first attitude with a collaborative mindset Strong organizational skills and follow through A genuine focus on creating great customer experiences Clear, confident written and verbal communication Comfort learning new software and digital tools A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure Qualifications Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 1+ year in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality preferred Familiarity with CRM software or appointment tools is a plus Physical Requirements Able to sit, stand, and move throughout the day Lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally Clear speech and hearing for in-person and phone conversations Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment What We Offer A professional, upbeat, and fun work environment Competitive compensation Paid training and development Generous PTO Company-provided medical insurance, with optional dental and vision Life/AD&D insurance with buy-up option 401(k) with company match Team-building events and recognition programs
