Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young learners. Observe, assess, and document children's progress and share updates with families. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to build strong school-home partnerships. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety procedures. Collaborate with colleagues and leadership on curriculum, events, and continuous improvement. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Participate in training and professional development to enhance teaching skills.
