The Morrison Communities, a community consisting of independent living, assisted living and memory care, long term care and skilled nursing, is seeking an experienced leader to serve as the Resident Care Director at our Sartwell Place Assisted Living campus. The Resident Care Director is responsible for ensuring operational excellence amongst all facets of the 24-bed Assisted Living Facility, while supporting an additional 36-bed Assisted Living and Memory Care community at Summit by Morrison. The right candidate will have a focus on creating an environment where staff are highly engaged and empowered to provide the highest level of care to our residents. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Resident care and programming
• Resident and family experience
• Staff management and development
• Census growth
• Compliance with company policies, and local, state, and federal regulation

Requirements and Qualifications:

• RN or LPN, preferred.
• Experience and proven success as a top-level manager in a senior living, health care or social setting preferred
• A passion for working with the elderly
• Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks
• Fiscally responsible mindse

Pay:

$49,747.97 - $59,911.54 per year
