We are currently seeking a Care Manager Specialist based in our Branchburg, NJ office to support care management activities while learning and practicing the core values of the wraparound process. Care Manager Specialist:

Assist Care Managers who provide intensive case management services to families and children with behavioral, emotional, social, developmental, and mental health challenges Provide transportation to youth and families Act as primary backup for Care Managers during absences Travel to various meetings at homes, schools, courts, and attend other services with the youth and families as needed Connect families to therapeutic and community services Complete progress notes, service plans, and other required documentation in electronic records according to agency standards Assist other agency departments as needed

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related discipline Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Bilingual skills desirable
