Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Administrator/Senior Living Operator to lead and manage our senior care community. This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of exceptional assisted living and memory care services, fostering a warm and supportive environment for residents. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for senior care, strong leadership skills, and extensive experience in long-term care operations. Duties Oversee daily operations of the senior living community, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies. Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans for residents, including those requiring Alzheimer's and dementia care. Supervise staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to promote a motivated and skilled team. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to facilitate medication administration, nursing services, and health assessments. Foster positive relationships with residents' families, providing updates on care progress and addressing concerns promptly. Lead initiatives to enhance resident engagement, safety protocols, and quality of life within the community. Requirements Proven experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or group homes with a strong background in senior or long-term care management. Demonstrated supervisory experience in healthcare or social service settings. Knowledge of Alzheimer's care, dementia management, and memory care best practices. Familiarity with developing and managing care plans tailored to individual resident needs. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or home & community care is a plus. Licensed or certified in nursing or social work preferred; relevant certifications in medication administration or elder care are advantageous.
