SAS Health Tech | Northeast Region | Full-Time | Field-Based with Regular Travel SAS Health Tech is hiring a Regional Manager for the Northeast. You'll oversee our care programs at partner nursing homes and lead the on-site team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who deliver them. You'll be the main contact for nursing home leadership and administrative staff. You'll also make sure our programs run smoothly, stay compliant and perform at a high level. The right person has experience managing large field teams in nursing homes. They spot problems early, fix them quickly and keep improving how the work gets done. About SAS Health Tech SAS Health Tech is a telehealth company led by nurse practitioners (NPs) who work with collaborating physicians. We improve patient outcomes through our care programs: Vitals monitoring Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Chronic Care Management (CCM) Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) the Psychiatric Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) We value teamwork, integrity and compassion. Every team member plays a direct role in the quality of care our patients receive. Key Responsibilities Service Delivery and Program Operations Lead the rollout and daily running of our Vitals, RPM, CCM, BHI and CoCM programs at assigned nursing homes. Make sure services are delivered on time, consistently and to program standards at every facility. Nursing Home Relationships and Communication Be the main point of contact for nursing home Administrators, Directors of Nursing (DONs) and administrative staff. Respond to facility requests, questions and concerns promptly and professionally, and follow up until they're resolved. Pass facility feedback, requests and issues accurately to the right SAS Health Tech teams, including Quality Assurance (QA), Clinical and Operations. Lead strategy meetings with facility leadership to review key metrics, address concerns and agree on goals and priorities. Clinical Team Leadership (RNs, LPNs and CNAs) Oversee hiring and staffing of RNs, LPNs and CNAs so every facility has enough qualified coverage. Track hiring, fill rates and turnover. Verify and track current licenses and certifications, including RN and LPN licenses and CNA nurse aide registry status in each state. Set clear performance expectations. Monitor productivity and quality, and hold regular performance reviews. Coordinate onboarding, program training and ongoing education so every team member works within their scope of practice and meets program protocols. Help fit SAS Health Tech providers and clinical staff into each facility's workflow so care stays coordinated. Coach, develop and motivate staff. Handle performance or conduct issues quickly and fairly, and document them properly. Regulatory Compliance and Quality Make sure all program protocols (Vitals, RPM, CCM, BHI and CoCM) follow CMS requirements, HIPAA, state rules and SAS Health Tech policies. Watch documentation quality, including patient consent, care plans, time tracking and data capture, so records are complete and ready for audit. Work with QA on audits, quality reviews and performance improvement projects. Workflow Improvement and Problem Resolution Travel to facilities regularly to check performance, fix problems and reinforce best practices. Find bottlenecks and communication gaps in how work moves from the nursing home to our clinical team to internal SAS Health Tech departments. Put fixes in place. Respond right away to urgent or unexpected problems, including staffing gaps, service disruptions and escalated concerns. Spot potential risks before they become problems. Create, carry out and follow up on corrective action plans. Coordinate and escalate technology or device issues quickly so patient services aren't disrupted. Track and report key metrics, such as response times, staffing levels, staff performance, program engagement and facility satisfaction. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a similar regional, operations or field management role in nursing homes or long-term care Proven experience managing a large, multi-site team of licensed and unlicensed field staff (RNs, LPNs and CNAs) Hands-on experience with interviewing, hiring, license and credential tracking, performance reviews, training and corrective action Working knowledge of RPM, CCM, BHI and/or CoCM programs and CMS requirements strongly preferred Strong communication and customer service skills with facility leaders and administrative staff Able to find workflow problems, analyze performance data and lead improvements Stays calm and decisive under pressure, and responds well to urgent issues Knowledge of long-term care regulations and HIPAA Able to travel regularly within the region (valid driver's license required) RN license or a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business or a related field preferred
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
