Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, resident-focused leader with a strong background in operational management, regulatory compliance, and staff development. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clinical and operational leadership to drive performance, maintain compliance, and foster a positive environment for residents and employees. About the Role The LNHA is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day facility operations while ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services. This leader will collaborate with clinical, financial, and regional partners to support ongoing performance, survey readiness, and a strong resident and employee experience. Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and direction for all facility departments Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards Drive census growth, financial performance, and resident satisfaction Foster a positive culture that supports employee engagement and retention Maintain continuous survey readiness and lead regulatory processes Collaborate with clinical leadership on quality improvement initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners Qualifications Active New York State Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required Minimum 2 years of experience in skilled nursing facility leadership Strong knowledge of NYS DOH regulations and long-term care compliance Proven leadership, operational, and financial management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience with census management, surveys, and performance improvement preferred
