Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Full-Time |
Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Salary:
Up to $250,000 per year We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the operations of a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, employee engagement, and overall facility performance. This position offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team while making a meaningful impact on residents, families, and staff. Key Responsibilities Direct the day-to-day operations of the facility. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Provide leadership and support to department managers and interdisciplinary teams. Promote a culture focused on quality care, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement. Monitor operational performance, budgets, and financial objectives. Maintain survey readiness and support successful regulatory outcomes. Partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive quality improvement initiatives. Support recruitment, retention, and professional development efforts. Foster positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, staff, and community stakeholders. Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and facility goals. Qualifications Current and active Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license. Prior Administrator experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting required. Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Experience managing budgets and operational performance. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively lead in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
