Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate DSP House Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our residential care facilities located in Akron and Canton, Ohio . In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality care, maintain compliance with health regulations, and foster a safe, respectful environment for residents. Your leadership will drive team performance, coordinate care plans, and uphold residents' rights while promoting a positive community atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents through effective management and dedicated service. Must be willing to work days, afternoons, and/or midnights. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of care staff, ensuring adherence to care plans and resident needs. Oversee medication administration, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations, health policies, and licensing requirements. Maintain thorough documentation related to resident care, staff schedules, incident reports, and regulatory compliance. Foster a supportive environment that respects residents' rights, promotes dignity, and encourages independence. Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and active car insurance required Must be willing to complete a BCI background check At least 2 years of DSP experience CPR/First Aid certification is required. Med Certification is preferred. DODD training is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
