We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Clinical Director

The selected candidate will be a key addition to our expanding Regional Leadership Team and will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and the Regional Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and oversight across multiple Assisted Living communities. Partner with Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, and Care Teams to ensure high‑quality care and regulatory compliance. Mentor and support on‑site clinical teams in infection control, clinical standards, and best practices. Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing clinical policies and procedures. Conduct routine site visits, audits, and assessments to evaluate clinical performance and identify areas for improvement. Facilitate clinical training programs to strengthen competencies and ensure adherence to company standards. Collaborate with corporate leadership to maintain alignment with organizational goals and initiatives. Participate in quality improvement efforts and contribute to strategies that enhance resident outcomes.
Qualifications:
Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license. Prior multi-site or regional clinical leadership experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Skilled Nursing is preferred. Proven clinical leadership experience. Strong knowledge of Ohio state regulations for Assisted Living and related care settings is required. A people-first leader with a strong commitment to fostering a positive team culture, mentoring staff, and promoting quality care. Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to travel within the Ohio area (up to 70%). Why Join Vista Senior Living?
