Parkside Health Care Center is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Must have a strong proven track record in Nursing Home Administration, leadership skills as well as exceptional people skills. Must have a passion for our residents. Licensed Nursing Home Administrator /

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall operation of the facility. Establishes relationships with residents and family members. Directly communicates with the staff in the facility as well as the Board of Directors and other corporate staff. Operates the facility in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations to maintain quality resident care as well as sound fiscal management. Licensed Nursing Home Administrator / Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years Skilled Nursing Home Administration experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office & Internet use. Must hold a current license in the State of Ohio as a Nursing Home Administrator. Nursing Home Administrator/LNHA must hold Bachelor's Degree or as required for licensure.
