Home Manager Location :

Columbus, Ohio Reports to: Program Specialist/Program Director In this position, you will get to:

• Help people reach their goals as they learn new skills
• Get out into the community-going shopping, to restaurants, parks, sporting events, libraries, concerts, and other community activities
• Celebrate accomplishments
• being there for milestones, big and small, and helping someone recognize their own progress
• Plan fun activities
• Doing crafts, music, cooking, movies, and More

• Introducing people to activities, places, hobbies, and opportunities they may not have experienced before Help them maintain and promote a safe and clean environment . Make someone's day better

Help provide compassionate, individualized support with personal hygiene, meals, and feeding assistance as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Management or supervisory experience in the field of DD field is preferred but not required. Capacity to build and maintain positive relationships with consumers, guardians, staff and other team members. Ability to communicate in a professional manner with both internal and external team members to positively represent
