The Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) is responsible to manage and budget the day-to-day operations of the facility and keeping the organization on track for its long-term goals and mission. They will ensure the facility operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure residents' individual care plans are being followed.
QUALIFICATIONS
A Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of OH is required. Previous LNHA or Assistant Administrator in a nursing home or long-term care facility required. We offer excellent benefits, compensation, and growth opportunities.
