We are seeking experienced, dynamic Licensed Nursing Home Administrators to serve our Coshocton location. The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the facility. Ensures that the services offered meet or exceed federal, state, local, and company standards. Operates profitably within corporate budgetary guidelines. The successful Licensed Nursing Home Administrator will develop employee, community, and industry communication and relationships while providing direction and oversight for the overall operations, including regulatory compliance, marketing, clinical, and financial control. To reach these goals, candidates must have: Be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Ohio. A Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field is required 1-2 years minimum experience in skilled nursing facility management Proven success in building a team committed to providing exceptional resident care Altercare Integrated Health Services provides award-winning therapy and medical care after surgery or illness.
