This is not a typical single-building Administrator seat — as Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you'll oversee two facilities located an easy drive apart, with the autonomy to run them your way and a very generous bonus structure on top of a $125,000-$135,000 base salary. Our organization is a growing skilled nursing operator known for a home-like environment and close ties to the communities it serves. We need a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) who has done this before: prior experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting is required. If you're a proven Nursing Home Administrator ready to take on two buildings with real earning upside, we want to talk.
