We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at a well-established skilled nursing facility in Hopedale, Ohio . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who values quality care, team development, and operational excellence. Position Overview The LNHA is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and success of the facility. This role ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, strong financial performance, and a positive culture for staff and residents alike. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and day-to-day operational leadership for the facility Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff Drive census growth and maintain strong community relationships Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and resource allocation Promote a culture focused on quality care, safety, and resident satisfaction Implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor outcomes Qualifications Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license (required) Minimum 1-3 years of LNHA experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proven ability to manage budgets and improve operational performance Knowledge of regulatory standards and reimbursement processes Why This Role?
