Position:

Executive Director We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Executive Director to oversee and lead the daily operations of our assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about embracing new challenges and opportunities and responsible for setting and executing organizational goals, managing staff and resources, ensuring operational excellence, fostering a positive work culture, and working closely with stakeholders to advance the mission and growth of the organization. Knowledge & Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in an Assisted Living leadership role of at least 3 to 5 years. Must be a CEAL or LNHA Proven track record of increasing census Ability to adapt, learn, and implement new strategies or operational processes. Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and support a positive workplace culture. Commitment to delivering compassionate, high‑quality resident care. Strong organizational skills with sound judgment and problem‑solving abilities.
