Salary:
$115,000 to $160,000 based on experience and licensure Come join our team as a Licensed Facility Administrator at our state of the art, skilled nursing facility. This leadership position oversees and is responsible for the facility operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures facility is following all federal and state guidelines. Establishes a proactive and engaging relationship with the team members, families and community. Maintains direct oversight of the following operations in the facility, including but not limited to the following: Team Member Satisfaction by working through/with the facility department heads. Assists with team member issue management Excellent clinic Patient/Responsible party satisfaction. Census Management Accounts receivable Controllable Cost Management Quality of Care - Works to ensure the facility maintains at least a 4 star on CMS 5-star program Manages the CMS Quality Indicators Ensures the corporate office receives timely follow-up on requested items (i.e. AR issues/questions, Corporate monthly reports, Invoices, Payroll Summaries, Credit card expense reporting) Any and all duties as assigned by the Regional Administrator, COO and/or
CEO. QUALIFICATIONS
Person who desires working with elderly and desires to achieve excellent outcomes for patients/families and staff.
