This role oversees daily operations, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and team leadership across clinical and support departments. The Administrator fosters a culture of compassion, respect, and integrity, engages residents and families, and drives quality and satisfaction outcomes. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, long-term care experience, and a passion for serving older adults in a mission-driven environment. Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and daily operations management for the nursing home community Ensure high-quality, person-centered care aligned with Otterbein's faith-based mission Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and survey readiness Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and resource allocation Lead, mentor, and develop interdisciplinary teams and department leaders Foster a culture of compassion, respect, safety, and continuous improvement Engage residents, families, and staff to enhance satisfaction and quality outcomes Collaborate with clinical, therapy, and support services to coordinate resident care Develop and implement strategic plans, quality initiatives, and performance metrics Represent the community with external partners, regulators, and the broader organization Required Skills Regulatory compliance (long-term care, CMS, state survey) Healthcare operations management Budgeting and financial management Staff leadership and team development Quality improvement and performance management Resident-centered care planning Risk management and safety programs Relationship management with residents and families Performance data analysis and reporting Strategic planning for senior care services
