Job Description

Vancrest Health Care Centers is looking for an Assisted Living Director. Our facilities offer a rewarding work environment with an opportunity to enhance and make a difference in the lives of our residents. The Assisted Living Director is accountable for the total care of the residents in the Assisted Living Facility. Responsibilities of the
AL Director:
Direct overall operations of the Assisted Living to culminate in delivery of the highest level of quality care while maintaining financial stability Provide leadership to drive employee engagement and satisfaction among the entire care delivery and ancillary support team, including scheduling and evaluating staff performance Facilitate community relations and census development Coordinate admission and discharge health assessments for residents and oversee medical records
Applicant Requirements:
  • Experience working in long-term care or senior living environments
  • Current Nursing license preferred, but will consider Licensed Social worker or other related degrees
  • Management experience preferred
