Executive Director Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Assisted Living community, ensuring quality care and services Lead and support clinical and non-clinical teams Manage relationships with Medicaid programs, Council on Aging, case managers, and community partners Ensure compliance with all state regulations, Medicaid guidelines, and survey readiness Drive occupancy through community outreach and referral partnerships Manage budget, labor, and overall financial performance
Executive Director Requirements:
Licensed (or eligible) Assisted Living Administrator / Executive Director 3+ years of leadership experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Skilled Nursing Strong experience with Medicaid, waiver programs, and community-based services Proven ability to work with diverse and underserved populations Experience partnering with Council on Aging, hospitals, or community agencies Strong operational, financial, and regulatory knowledge Clinical background or strong clinical oversight experience preferred
