Job Description
Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care | Ohio Lead with Purpose. Make a Difference Every Day. Are you an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while building a strong, engaged team? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Ohio. This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated team, strengthen clinical and operational excellence, and create an environment where residents and employees thrive. What You'll Do Direct all day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Foster a culture focused on resident-centered care, quality outcomes, and employee engagement. Ensure compliance with CMS, Ohio Department of Health, and all applicable regulatory requirements. Lead department managers to achieve operational, financial, and clinical goals. Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness. Monitor facility budgets, census growth, labor management, and financial performance. Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing leaders and staff. Collaborate with the medical director, physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care. Build strong relationships within the community and represent the facility professionally. Promote employee accountability, recognition, and professional development. Qualifications Current Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or Assistant Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, Ohio Department of Health requirements, reimbursement systems, and long-term care operations. Demonstrated success in survey management, quality improvement, staffing, employee engagement, and financial oversight. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to inspire teams while maintaining accountability and high performance.
