Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily operations of the facility in compliance with state and federal regulations Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and facility staff Drive census growth and maintain strong occupancy levels Ensure high-quality resident care and positive clinical outcomes Manage budget performance, labor control, and financial goals Maintain survey readiness and lead successful state/federal inspections Foster strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners Ensure a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care

Qualifications:

Active Ohio LNHA license required Prior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator strongly preferred Strong leadership and operational management skills Experience with census development and financial oversight Knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey process Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment About the
