Company Overview Safehouse Residential Services is a dedicated non-profit organization that operates a Children's Residential Center in Ohio. Since 2005, we have provided a safe and nurturing environment for children placed by County Children Services and Juvenile Court, ensuring their well-being and development. Summary We are seeking a Group Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our youth group homes. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe, organized, and supportive environment for our youth. The Group Home Manager will play an integral part in maintaining daily routines, keeping the house clean, and assisting with crisis prevention. We are currently hiring full time for our overnight shift, 10pm-10am. We will also be hiring a part time floater for flexible day time shifts (shifts anywhere between 10am-7pm).

• Due to our company size, we are unable to offer health benefits at this time Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the group home to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Transporting to and from daily activities on and off campus. Administering meds to youth, will train on our med passing procedures. Requirements Proven experience in organizational roles or management preferred.

Dependable Reliable Pay:

$17.50 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 48.0 per week
