Job Description

Companion Health Services is seeking an experienced Regional Administrator to provide leadership, support, and oversight to multiple senior living and long-term care communities. This position works closely with facility Administrators, Assistant Administrators, and company leadership to ensure quality resident care, regulatory compliance, strong operations, and continuous improvement. The Regional Administrator will regularly travel between assigned communities and serve as a resource, mentor, and leader for facility management teams. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Administrators, Assistant Administrators, and other designated staff. Monitor facilities for compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and quality standards. Conduct facility reviews, compliance audits, and internal surveys. Assist with corrective action plans and performance improvement initiatives. Provide support before, during, and after state and federal surveys and inspections. Stay current on regulatory changes and communicate requirements to facility leadership. Review resident complaints and concerns and assist with appropriate resolution. Monitor quality and performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide education and training related to compliance, risk management, quality improvement, and survey readiness. Assist with the selection, on-boarding, mentoring, and development of Administrators and Assistant Administrators. Partner with Human Resources and company leadership to support facility needs. Promote a positive company culture focused on quality care, professionalism, dignity, and respect. Travel regularly between assigned communities. Perform other duties as assigned.
