Major LTC operator in Texas and Oklahoma with 20 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, specializing in innovative leadership in all facets of skilled nursing and rehabilitative care. From areas ranging from operations to clinical care, the management team is experienced in analyzing processes and implementing programs, which help provide quality of care. The Company continually evaluates consumer needs, technology and best practices to maintain quality operations in a dynamic profession. We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Administrator to lead our team of professionals at a progressive, growing long-term care facility located in the Hobart, OK area. Leads and directs the overall operations of the facility in accordance with resident needs Government regulations and company policies so as to maintain quality care for the residents while achieving the facility's business objectives Monitors each department's daily activities: including setting priorities and job assessments Responsible for all financial transactions
