This pivotal role ensures that all systems, staffing, and schedules operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. As a Facility Administrator, you will lead all day-to-day operations and administrative respondibilities of the home. Your proactive leadership will foster a safe, compliant, and productive environment for all employees and visitors. Quality Assurance & Improvement Conducts weekly one-on-one supervision with residential staff. Ensure all charting is completed correctly, cleaning is conducted, health and safety assurance, scheduling, transportation, etc. Administrative Responsibilities Manages costs responsibly, including oversight of overtime and purchasing. Maintains an on-site presence of at least 20 hours per week per RTH under supervision to carry out administrative functions, coordinating with the Licensed Residential Director when this requirement cannot be met. Completes all tasks within designated timeframes, demonstrating strong organizational skills and effective resource management. Maintains program records and databases in accordance with applicable Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs). Oversees facility safety compliance, including annual sprinkler system testing, quarterly fire evacuation drills, and ongoing maintenance of fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and alarms. All testing and safety checks are documented and kept on site. Maintains personnel records per applicable OARs, ensuring all staff with resident contact have completed criminal background clearance. Ensures all new employees complete a 16-hour pre-service orientation covering infectious disease protocols, OARs, facility policies, and other required topics. Tracks and provides required annual training hours for all regularly scheduled staff and ensures all employees are trained in safety procedures before their first shift. Maintains adequate staffing levels at all times to meet residents' treatment, health, and safety needs. Maintains resident records in compliance with OARs and coordinates all facility admissions and discharges. Reviews and processes referrals per OAR guidelines, develops comprehensive residential treatment plans within 14 days of admission (incorporating LSI-aligned goals and measurable objectives), and maintains medication and health records as specified in
OAR 309-035-0215.
Trains staff on all new or updated policies and procedures as directed by the Licensed Residential Director. House Management Serves as the primary contact with pharmacies, prescribing providers, physicians, neighbors, and county and state officials. Maintains adequate program supplies and collaborates with all parties involved in residents' care. Works proactively to maintain full program occupancy and ensure timely payment. Manages all admission and discharge paperwork, ensuring complete and properly filed documentation. Facilitates weekly resident meetings and monthly staff meetings, obtaining required signatures on all meeting notes. Manages day-to-day household needs including food, toiletries, and general supplies. Maintains at least a one-week supply of staple foods and a two-day supply of perishable items on-site at all times. Ensures all meals meet USDA MyPlate dietary guidelines. Oversees facility health and sanitation, reviewing safety and sanitation checklists on the 1st and 15th of each month. Ensures facility grounds are kept clean, orderly, and free of litter and unused items. Manages medication protocols, staying current on medication order changes, overseeing weekly audits, conducting at least one medication audit per month, and participating in monthly medication cycle reviews. Ensures the facility is well-maintained by submitting and following up on maintenance requests. Ensures all residents have access to medical and dental care as needed and at minimum every six months. General Expectations Attends and actively participates in all required meetings. Complies with all applicable Oregon Administrative Rules governing residential program operations. Pursues ongoing professional development in mental health, including agency-provided and external training opportunities (minimum 8 hours annually per anniversary date). Follows all agency policies, procedures, and protocols. Adheres to all safety rules and regulations, promptly reporting workplace hazards, injuries, or illnesses to a supervisor. Maintains a clean and organized workspace and safeguards all agency assets, including keys, files, and facilities. Maintains a current Oregon or Washington driver's license and carries out all directives from the Licensed Residential Director.

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
