Welcome!! We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Director to lead our Assisted Living Facility (ALF). This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a compassionate team, and ensuring high standards of care and service for our residents. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for senior care. You'll work in a warm, collaborative environment alongside long standing staff members who are committed to enriching the lives of those we serve. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company standards Lead, coach, and support department heads and staff to promote teamwork and resident focused care Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to achieve operational goals Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the surrounding community Foster a positive culture that aligns with the values of service, dignity, and respect Participate in marketing efforts and maintain high occupancy levels Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, or a related healthcare field Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to senior care Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills Financial acumen and experience managing budgets Passion for serving older adults and leading with integrity Oregon administrator license
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$85,000.00 - $104,603.00 per year
