The RN Manager will be a professional RN who is passionate about helping older adults live well, safely, and independently. Responsibilities include:

Supervising, supporting, and developing staff; Overseeing and coordinating a broad spectrum of services provided within the community including collaboration with our in-house Home Care Agency operations; Responding effectively to the changing needs of residents, families, and staff; Managing the admissions process; Using strong clinical assessment and sound judgement to identify the needs of current residents and those of potential admissions; and, Building a positive, collaborative environment where residents and staff feel valued, respected, and supported.
