Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead and oversee the operations of a long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in nursing home management, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional resident care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive environment for both residents and staff. As the LNHA, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality care, managing financial and administrative functions, and leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive senior and memory care services. Duties Oversee daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations. Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' individual needs, including Alzheimer's, dementia, and memory care programs. Supervise and manage staff, including nursing leadership, caregiving teams, and administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Ensure adherence to residents' rights policies while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life for all residents. Manage healthcare financials, including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to optimize facility performance. Maintain accurate documentation related to medication administration, health regulation policies, and resident records using Microsoft Office tools. Coordinate with community services and disability services providers to support residents' diverse needs. Lead efforts in maintaining high standards of safety, sanitation, and infection control within the facility. Skills Extensive experience in nursing home administration with a focus on long-term care operations. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively. Deep knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care programs, and resident's rights policies. Strong understanding of healthcare financial management, budgeting, and operational management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and in assisted living or residential care settings. Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations as well as health regulation policies. Excellent communication skills to engage with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies effectively. Demonstrated ability to oversee medication administration processes safely while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Pay:
$140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
