Long-term care Healthcare administration PA NHA license Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of our facility, keeping things running smoothly for residents and staff alike Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team of caregivers and support staff Build genuine relationships with residents and families Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while upholding high standards of care Manage budgets, staffing, and administrative functions with a steady hand Proven office management experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Qualifications Valid Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license Experience in long-term care or healthcare administration — great candidates at all levels are welcome A heart for serving others and a passion for improving the quality of life for seniors Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style Equal opportunity employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
