Full-time Opportunity Salary Range:
$70,000 - $72,800
Job Description Our Director of Wellness:
Leads Personal Care and Health Services programs, ensuring high-quality care that meets resident needs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Provides clinical oversight, guidance, and support to Personal Care team members. Develops, updates, and communicates clinical policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care and ensure support plans are effectively implemented. Oversees medication management and the new resident admission process, including assessments, family communication, and care coordination. Builds strong relationships with residents and families, addresses concerns, and provides ongoing education and training to support quality care and professional development. Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years' experience in medical/surgical, rehab, or geriatric care, including two (2) years' experience as a Charge Nurse in geriatric care with progressive experience in an administrative and supervisory capacity preferred. Active LPN license valid in the state of PA. Current CPR Certification. Knowledge of regulations for Assisted Living / Personal Care preferred. Ability to lead a team of nurses/caregivers in providing quality services.
