Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Care Administrator to lead and oversee the daily operations of our home and community care services. In this vital role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to clients with diverse needs. Your leadership will foster a compassionate environment that promotes resident well-being, staff excellence, and compliance with all health regulations. Duties Manage the overall operations of the home care facility, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource allocation Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs, ensuring adherence to best practices in dementia and memory care Oversee medication administration processes in compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Maintain compliance with long-term care regulations, health policies, and licensing requirements Lead and supervise care facility teams, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, billing, and healthcare financial management to ensure operational sustainability Coordinate with healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive disability services and support for individuals with developmental disabilities Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, scheduling, and communication purposes Ensure quality assurance through regular audits, resident satisfaction surveys, and staff training initiatives Skills Extensive experience in nursing home or assisted living facility administration with a strong understanding of long-term care regulations Proven leadership skills with experience managing care teams in senior living or residential care settings Deep knowledge of Alzheimer's disease, dementia care strategies, and memory support techniques Strong background in healthcare financial management and budgeting practices Familiarity with home & community care services and managing operations within a home care environment Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks Ability to navigate health regulation policies confidently while maintaining compliance standards Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities services is highly desirable Effective communication skills for collaborating with residents' families, staff members, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and foster a culture of compassionate resident-centered care Join us as a Home Care Administrator if you are passionate about elevating senior living experiences through dedicated leadership and innovative care solutions.
