LNHA- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Job Summary:
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals in providing high-quality care and services to our residents in Philadelphia, PA. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced leader who is passionate about improving the lives of our residents and their families. Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and services Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Collaborate with other departments, including admissions, social services, and recreation, to ensure a holistic approach to resident care Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including incident reports, medication records, and clinical charts Develop and manage the facility's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners to ensure excellent customer service Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident care and outcomes Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Pennsylvania 2 years of experience as an LNHA, with a passion for leading and managing healthcare teams Strong understanding of state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to maintain flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
