Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Long-Term Care Administrator to oversee the operational success of multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values excellence in resident care, and knows how to drive both quality outcomes and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight to facility Administrators, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations. Monitor and support operational performance, including census growth, budget management, and quality measures. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Partner with clinical, admissions, and support teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional resident experiences. Mentor and develop leadership teams, building strong succession pipelines. Lead facilities in survey readiness and manage responses to any findings. Travel regularly within the assigned region to provide on-site support and guidance.
Qualifications:
Active Nursing Home Administrator license (required) in PA Minimum 5 years of nursing home administrator experience , with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-site role. Proven success in census development, regulatory compliance, and operational improvement. Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills. Ability to travel frequently within the region.
