This vital role involves managing care delivery, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of resident and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in long-term care, assisted living, or home & community care, along with exceptional leadership and organizational skills. As a Home Care Administrator, you will play a key role in fostering a compassionate environment that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life for all individuals under our care. Responsibilities Oversee the development and implementation of personalized care plans that meet residents' needs, including Alzheimer's, dementia, memory care, and developmental disabilities. Manage daily operations of the care facility or home care services, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to long-term care regulations and health policy standards. Supervise and support care teams, including nursing staff, caregivers, and administrative personnel; foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and supervision. Ensure compliance with resident's rights, safety protocols, medication administration procedures, and health regulation policies. Maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office tools for reports, care plans, incident logs, and regulatory compliance records. Monitor financial aspects such as budgeting, healthcare financial management, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate disability services and specialized care programs tailored to individual needs. Experience Proven management experience within nursing home administration or residential care home settings. Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations, assisted living standards, and healthcare financial management. Demonstrated supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary teams in senior living or home & community care environments. Strong background in nursing leadership or nursing home administration with familiarity in dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, and resident's rights advocacy. Hands-on experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in disability services programs is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes. Prior experience managing operations within senior living facilities or group homes is preferred.
