What You Will Do:
Oversee day-to-day services provided in homes with attention to health, wellness, and safety Maintain appropriate communication methods with Host Home Providers and team members Monitor and maintain service plans, contracts, referrals, and relations with families of the clients Direct Support to clients Advocacy and public relations Other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas; Human Services, Rehabilitation, Education, Psychology or related field, plus two years of experience working with people with mental health diagnosis Knowledge of person-centered planning and person-centered supports is preferred One year of supervisor experience Valid Class D Endorsement 3 Iowa Driver's License Proof of 50/100/50K Automobile Insurance Proficient in spoken and written English Ability to set appropriate staff/client boundaries Ability to negotiate and handle conflict as needed Proficient in Microsoft software and applications Ability to travel in counties served by Candeo Must be able to pass background checks Possess a motor vehicle that meets the required operational and maintenance guidelines, that are in accordance with the Iowa Department of Transportation motor vehicle safety standards and Candeo's Motor Vehicle Guidelines.
