Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Home Care Operations, Compliance & Business Development Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Illinois nonmedical home care agency. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing a home care business and a strong understanding of Illinois home care regulations, Medicaid programs, Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), client referrals, caregiver scheduling, billing, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Duties Coordinate assessments, service agreements, care plans, and required intake Ensure EVV exceptions and scheduling problems are addressed promptly Manage care plans, Medicaid service authorizations, claims submission, denials, and payment follow-up. Ensure compliance with IDoA, DDD, DRS/HSP, HFS, MMAI/MLTSS, or related Illinois programs Ensure services do not exceed or fall outside authorized hours. Develop consistent referral sources and support client growth. Provide regular reports on compliance, referrals, admissions, staffing, billing, denials, and accounts receivable. $45.00 - $52.00 per hour
